We have just had Chicoco finish their work at our home and I need to let you know just how impressed we have been with the outcome. From their arrival on day one I was very impressed with their appearance, all looking very smart in matching Chicoco uniforms and the good first impression was amplified by their attention to detail in all their preparations that was meticulous. They took their time ensuring that the actual spraying of the ceiling was faultless. They are not the cheapest by any means but you get what you pay for and by paying a little more you get a totally professional finish carries out by an amazing team. Wayne is extremely knowledgeable and happy to explain the process. They also sorted out my amateur attempts at making holes in walls and hung a piece of art that I could not have done myself. Would highly recommend and 5 stars all the way!

Firstly a massive thank you to Wayne and his team! From quoting and starting the job to the end result we were very impressed. We had the whole property inside repainted and Wayne and his team kindly also completed some exterior render work for us (was not part of the original job but made time to complete this while with us). We had a number of maintenance jobs on our holiday let which needed completing before new guests arrived. Having spoken with Wayne at Chicoco, I emailed a list of jobs. I received a quotation within a number of days , and then upon instructions to proceed , the work was completed promptly. Dealing with Chicoco was very straight forward , the costs are all very clear and the work completed by the proposed date to a good standard. Overall I am very impressed with the service Chicoco offer - very responsive and professional

Wayne and the team at Chicoco have done an amazing job at a very reasonable price. In less than two weeks the team painted every wall, ceiling and all wood work along with some outside render. The work was to a fantastic standard and given that I’m very particular that says a lot! We really enjoyed getting to know the team, they were all extremely friendly. They were also very patient with us as we were still living in the house with our two dogs whilst the works were completed. The team were very respectful to us, our home and belongings and very professional with the whole team of 5 arriving to start working at 8am every day. I would 100% recommend Chicoco and we will be contacting Wayne next year for some more external works

Wayne and Harry did a first class job decorating our Manor House . All communication with Chicoco was prompt and inefficient , they invariably do exactly what they say they will do and on time .
The work itself is exemplary with first class attention to detail and pride taken in ensuring a perfect finish . The company is also excellent at passing on advice on products and approaches which was most welcome . I enlisted Chicoco to decorate my lounge which had been refurbished. There was a lot of work to be done including a newly plastered ceiling and chimney breast having had my fireplace refurbished with an inset fire. The work included painting the walls, woodwork and two doors one of which was a pine door which I wanted painted white. Wayne worked tirelessly for three and half days and his work was meticulous to detail. He treated my home with respect and included me in all the decision making along the way. It was a pleasure to work with him. I am extremely pleased with the result. He has transformed my lounge. There was minimal mess or disruption and every detail was attended to. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire him and his team again for future projects or recommend him to others.

Wayne (Chicoco Decorating) is the contractor you always hope for but rarely get. His team did a great job painting the outside of my house in St Columb. My experience was even better because of Wayne's outstanding responsiveness and customer service. I am currently in Australia. Wayne provided a swift quote (which was excellent value) by e-mail and stuck to it, then scheduled the work within days. He provided regular updates throughout (unheard of!) and sent photos of the finished product. I wholeheartedly recommend Chicoco for any painting and decorating. It doesn't get any better.

What a professional outfit! Wayne and the team did an amazing job for us further to moving into our new property. Not only was the standard of work at the highest level, but we received regular updates, the work was completed within timescales (even with some other unanticipated issues, and I am sure the property was tidier when post job than at the start of the job!! Wayne is just brilliant and from the moment we contacted Chicoco we knew we were in good hands - not only does Wayne do a brilliant job of managing the work / team, but he is also more than happy to provide very useful advice where he can. Chicoco are a highly professional and very well organised company. From my first dealings with Wayne on the phone to the completion of the job was a very positive experience from start to finish. Wayne arrived punctually for our first meeting, spent time understanding the job & gave a full and detailed quote, which accurately reflected our discussion on site. The job was booked to start 6 weeks in advance, a start date which was honoured. We were absent during the decorating, but we had no qualms about leaving Wayne & his crew to it, they were totally trustworthy. We didn’t have to do a thing – furniture was all moved/covered up, everything was returned to its exact location, the house was left clean & tidy and most importantly we were very happy with the decoration. For me, a key differentiator was the level of communication throughout which was exceptional & much appreciated. I would not hesitate to recommend Chicoco to anyone wanting good quality work

Would highly recommend Chicoco Decorating and property care, their attention to detail was fantastic from the preparation right through to the finish result. The room had a lot of issues to deal with after the removal of fitted wardrobe, ceiling rose and some textured walls, but now looks stunning . Wayne and his staff were always punctual, worked quietly, efficiently and tidied up after themselves every day.

5* aren't enough to describe the service of Wayne and team. They are a professional, slick team who engaged with us from start to finish. They are a friendly bunch and we couldn't have asked for a better quality job - so pleased with the overall finish of the house and they were very clean and tidy the whole time they were here.
